How FTNSS refunds work: members can self-refund unused passes within 7 days; used passes aren't refundable. What it means for your payouts.
ReadTaxes: charged per location, paid to you in full
FTNSS charges the member your local sales tax per location and passes it to you in full to remit - VAT, GST/HST, or state tax, calculated where the gym is.
ReadFTNSS Cash: what it is and how you're paid for it
When members pay with FTNSS Cash credit, your gym is still owed the full rate + tax. The Finance â FTNSS Cash tab tracks the balance FTNSS owes you and how it settles.
