How and when you get paid
Payouts are automatic: sales settle into your Stripe balance and Stripe deposits them to your bank on schedule. No invoicing, no chasing.
The timeline
- Sale → your rate + tax settles toward your balance
- A settlement window of about 10 business days applies before funds pay out - it exists so the 7-day member refund window can never claw back money you've already spent
- After the window, funds deposit automatically in your local currency
Watching the money
Finance shows your available balance, the next payout, and every transaction with its pass, member, and location. Export anytime for your bookkeeper. The FTNSS Cash tab tracks amounts FTNSS owes you separately (members who paid with credit) - see the FTNSS Cash article.
