Train your front desk in 10 minutes
The whole system is designed so training is one shift, not one week. Here's the script.
The 10-minute drill
- 1Scan each other's test passes - camera and hardware if you have one.
- 2Learn the colors: green in, amber read-then-decide, red no (reason's on screen).
- 3Practice one manual entry (type a code) and one member lookup.
- 4Kiosk sites: everyone finds their PIN and switches in once.
- 5Agree the two house calls: re-entry policy and other-location passes.
Tip: The de-escalation phrase that works: "The system shows the pass ended <date> - you can grab a new one in the app in about a minute, or FTNSS support can look at it." It moves billing off the desk.
