Partner Terms of Service

These Partner Terms of Service govern your use of FTNSS as a gym or fitness business partner. They are distinct from the terms that apply to FTNSS consumers.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your organization and location details, and for the actions of staff you invite.

2. Passes, bookings & payouts

FTNSS lists your passes and collects payment on your behalf via Stripe Connect, remitting your share per the agreed revenue model.

3. Member data

You receive member information needed to operate and keep members safe; marketing data is shared only where a member has opted in.

4. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are versioned and you may be asked to re-accept.
