Partner Terms of Service

These Partner Terms of Service govern your use of FTNSS as a gym or fitness business partner. They are distinct from the terms that apply to FTNSS consumers.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your organization and location details, and for the actions of staff you invite.

2. Passes, bookings and payouts

FTNSS lists your passes, classes and events and lets members buy them through the FTNSS apps. You are the seller of record for everything sold at your gym. Payments are processed by PayPal: the member pays PayPal, and PayPal settles the sale to the PayPal business account you connect in your dashboard. FTNSS never collects, holds or takes custody of your funds. FTNSS operates the platform, submits the transaction to PayPal on your behalf, and receives a platform fee that is added on top of the price you set and paid by the member. The price you set is the amount settled to you.

Funds from a sale become available for payout after a hold of about ten days, so that a refund or dispute on that sale can be resolved before the money leaves the platform. Your dashboard shows what is pending and what is available, with release dates.

You declare the tax rate that applies to your prices. FTNSS shows members a tax-inclusive price and passes the full amount through to you; FTNSS does not determine your tax liability, and you are responsible for reporting and remitting tax on your sales unless applicable law makes FTNSS responsible as a marketplace facilitator.

You may refund a member yourself from your dashboard within the FTNSS refund policy. FTNSS may also issue a refund on your behalf where consumer protection requires it or where you do not respond to a member within a reasonable time. FTNSS responds to chargebacks using the booking, check-in and acceptance records it holds; a loss on a chargeback is borne by you as the seller.

If you remove your listing, passes already sold remain valid on the terms you set, and you remain responsible for the unused value of those passes. Where another partner gym is available, FTNSS may honor unused time there rather than refunding it.

3. Member data

You receive member information needed to operate and keep members safe; marketing data is shared only where a member has opted in.

4. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are versioned and you may be asked to re-accept.
