Booking statuses explained
A pass moves through a simple lifecycle. Knowing it makes every front-desk conversation shorter.
The lifecycle
- Purchased - bought, not yet scanned; the validity clock has NOT started
- Active - first scan happened; running for its duration in consecutive days
- Used - fully consumed (a day pass after its admission)
- Expired - its window ended, scanned or not
- Refunded - returned within the 7-day unused window; no longer scannable
