No-shows & breakage: you still get paid
Someone buys a pass, never shows, never refunds. After the 7-day window, that revenue is simply yours - no action needed.
The mechanics
- Unused + within 7 days → member can still self-refund
- Unused + past 7 days → the sale stands; the pass expires unscanned
- Analytics shows breakage (paid-but-never-used revenue) so you can see its size - for most gyms it's a quiet few percent bonus
