Check-in history & the activity log
Every scan writes a record: member, pass, time, outcome, and the staff member (or kiosk PIN) who scanned. That history answers most disputes in one search.
Where to look
- A member's profile → their visits at your locations
- Usage analytics → aggregate check-ins, busiest-times heatmap, validation methods
- Location → Activity log → configuration changes (who edited hours, prices, photos, and when)
