Member profiles & visit history
A profile is the person behind the QR: their passes with you, their visits, and nothing that isn't your business.
On a profile
- Current pass and its status (active, expires when)
- Purchase and check-in history at your locations
- Emergency contacts (for staff roles that need them at the door)
Good to know: Members' personal data is shared on a need-to-run-the-gym basis. Marketing use of member contact data requires the member's explicit opt-in - it's off by default.
