How reviews & the FTNSS score work
FTNSS reviews are verified by design: only a member whose pass was actually used at your gym can leave one. No drive-by ratings from people who never walked in.
The score
- Your FTNSS score is out of 10 - the mean of your per-review scores
- Members also rate subscores: equipment, cleanliness, staff, and value
- Subscores show on your listing and in your Reviews screen, so you know WHAT to fix, not just that something's off
After a pass expires, the member gets one review prompt. Fresh reviews carry your listing - see the encouraging-reviews article for how to earn them without being weird about it.
