FTNSS already prompts members after their pass ends. Your job is to make the answer easy and honest.
What works
- A great first visit - the review is won on the floor, not in the app
- A human goodbye: "you'll get a review prompt from FTNSS - it genuinely helps us"
- Reply to existing reviews; people review gyms that visibly listen
Good to know: Against the rules: paying for reviews, review-for-discount trades, or reviewing your own gym. These get removed and can affect your listing.
