Moderation exists for rule-breakers, not critics. Here's the line and the process.
Reportable vs not
- Reportable: fabricated visits, hate/abuse, personal data, spam, billing disputes dressed as reviews
- Not reportable: honest criticism, low scores, reviews you disagree with
- 1On the review, choose Report and the reason.
- 2FTNSS moderation reviews it against the policy; rule-breaking reviews are removed.
- 3Either way you're notified - and a public reply remains your best tool meanwhile.
