One organization, many locations - one login. The Locations screen is your fleet view: status, passes, and quick actions for every site.
Bulk editing
Tick the checkbox on any location cards - or use select-all - and a toolbar appears for the changes that make sense in bulk: publishing, holiday hours, and pricing updates across sites. Everything else stays per-location so you can't accidentally overwrite a site's identity.
What's per-location vs organization-wide
- Per-location: hours, passes and prices, photos, equipment, taxes, analytics, staff scope
- Organization-wide: your brand name, Stripe payouts (with per-location override if a site is a separate legal entity), team roles
