Set your address & map pin
Your address places you on the map travelers search. It has to be exact - a pin one street off means a lost member standing in the rain.
Adding the address
- 1In the wizard's Basic info step, start typing your address - pick the correct suggestion and city, region, and postal code fill automatically.
- 2If the lookup can't find you, switch to manual entry and complete the fields yourself.
- 3Check the map preview: the pin should sit on your entrance, not the middle of the block.
Good to know: Country can't be changed after setup - it's tied to your currency and payouts. Contact support if your gym genuinely moved countries.
Access instructions
Use the Access tab for what the map can't say: which door, which floor, buzzer codes, or "entrance in the courtyard." Members see this after booking - it prevents the single most common check-in delay.
