Holiday hours are date-specific overrides: Christmas closed, New Year's Day short hours - without touching your weekly schedule.
Adding an exception
- 1Open Hours & closures → Holiday hours.
- 2Pick the date, then Closed or special hours for that day.
- 3Scope it to one location or apply it across sites (bulk-select supports holidays).
- 4Members see it on your listing immediately - fewer surprised faces at a locked door.
