Account security

The essentials

• Sign in with a one-time code we send to your email, by text or on WhatsApp. There's nothing to remember, reuse or leak.
• Create a passkey when we offer one after you sign in. Your phone or computer unlocks it with your face, fingerprint or screen lock, and it only works on FTNSS.
• Google and Apple sign-in work too, and you keep their two-step protection
• The sign-in page never says whether an email or number has an account, so nobody can use it to check who works with you
• Never share the owner login - invite staff with proper roles instead
• Someone left? Deactivate them in Staff - takes ten seconds (kiosk PIN reset is coming soon)
